Harsh breath, the sun screams again
Hot as happiness 

 Weeps

Soft willow cries sweet
for enough space to lie green.
Clever and hollow

The callow frost swells,
coating browns and golds with love.
Faint and naive crisps

Wind kissed dormant bloom,
 Sun’s in love with another.
Regally, you wait.

Tea & Milk

Lavender honey,
seep graciously in my veins.
Cloying but patient…
